Dauda Habeeb is a graduate of the University of Ilorin and the Nigerian Law School. He holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Governance and Finance Law from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nigeria, further strengthening his expertise in contemporary legal practice.
Habeeb has built a strong practice in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory, with extensive experience representing clients in matters involving debt recovery, election petitions, commercial and contractual disputes, regulatory compliance, and criminal litigation.
His professional experience spans both the public and private sectors, having advised and represented prominent government institutions, including the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). He has also acted for leading national and international corporations, including IHS Nigeria Limited, INT Towers Limited, and OML 18 Energy Resource Limited, among others. His breadth of experience across diverse industries enables him to deliver innovative, solution-oriented legal services to a wide range of clients.
